Personally I also had a great respect to Peter Minshall who has always brought Trini Mas as more than just Mas but as an experience. Knowing I never played the street before, it is still a sight to see a Minshall band perform on Carnival Monday and Tuesday. • Callaloo - is a east Indian dish. It's a mixture of everything. local vegetables, fish, meats etc. We are a similar mixture of at least 5 countries, we bring everyone's culture into the equation and can be spicy as well.
